Job Description
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- 5 years of experience in the Human resources department preferably in Oil and Gas HR services/ Employee Relations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to handle internal clients/employees
- Orientation to details and resourceful mindset
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment requirements
- Working knowledge of SuccessFactors and ERP applications
- Looking for candidates who are locally available in Qatar.
