We are seeking a skilled Embedded Engineer to design develop and maintain embedded systems and firmware for our products/systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems design excellent problemsolving skills and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and test embedded software and firmware for a variety of applications.
Work closely with hardware engineers to integrate software with hardware components.
Develop and maintain documentation including specifications design documents and test plans.
Debug and troubleshoot embedded systems to resolve issues and improve performance.
Optimize code for performance memory usage and power efficiency.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including software hardware and quality assurance to ensure project success.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring new ideas to the team.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience in embedded systems development including programming in C/C.
Strong understanding of microcontrollers RTOS and hardwaresoftware integration.
Experience with debugging tools and techniques for embedded systems.
Familiarity with communication protocols such as UART SPI I2C and CAN.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git) and build systems.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Linuxbased embedded systems or embedded Linux development.
Knowledge of wireless communication technologies (e.g. Bluetooth WiFi Zigbee).
Experience with development tools and environments (e.g. IDEs simulators).
Familiarity with hardware design tools and schematics.
