PCB Design Engineer

- The Engineer is expected to transfer schematic netlist design into the physical PCB design basing on electrical guidance signal integrity power integrity EMC and safety manufacturing industry spec and enduser usability requirements
- Performing circuit design and schematic capture
- StackUp design and Layer Planning
- Creating and managing PCB design documents including fabrication and assembly drawings Gerber files Bill of Material etc
- Working with crossfunctional teams comprised of Hardware Mechanical Electrical and Testing teams
- Drive the implementation of DFM DFT and DFA guidelines to optimize PCB manufacturability testability and assembly processes
- Conduct comprehensive analysis and testing to address EMI/EMC challenges and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements
:
- Extensive experience in PCB design using the Zuken CR8000 tool with a proven track record of successful highspeed PCB designs
- Experienced in Multilayer PCB designing in mixed signal domain (Digital and Analog)
- Experience in EMI/EMC standards to meet the certifications like ROHS FCC CE etc
- Experienced in working closely with PCB manufacturers and PCB assembly houses
- Profound knowledge of EMI/EMC principles and practical application in PCB design including experience in resolving EMI/EMC issues
- Strong expertise in implementing DFM DFT and DFA guidelines to enhance PCB manufacturability testability and assembly processes
- Excellent understanding of industry standards and regulations related to PCB design EMI/EMC DFM DFT and DFA

- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Certification or training in Zuken CR8000 tool usage
- Years of experience: 7 years
