Job Description
Job Title: Press Operator
Work Location: White Hall AR
Reports To: Production Supervisor
FLSA Status: NonExempt
Compensation: Starting at $17 per hour

Job Summary:
As a Press operator you are responsible for completing a production card detailing gross production rejects and part numbers. Press operators are to follow the posted production schedules. This position will be for our 3rd shift position (Friday Sunday 5:00 am 5:30 pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and recording data pertaining to the press and associated equipment.
- Required to check parts for cosmetic flaws.
- Responsible for degating deflashing patching and transporting to specified work centers.
- Responsible for housekeeping safety and material handling.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and keen observational skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in using measuring tools and equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
Additional Information:
- This is a fulltime position with $17 per hour starting pay.
- Some overtime may be required pending business needs.
Physical and Environmental Requirements
- Lifting: Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
- Environment: Work in a facility with loud noise extreme temperatures and environmental stressors.
- Physical Activities: Sit stand walk bend climb crouch reach and grasp as needed.
- PPE: Wear the required PPE including eye and hearing protection gloves and safety toe footwear.
- Dexterity and Vision: Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close distance color peripheral depth perception and focus adjustment).
- Stamina: Stand for long shifts.
- Skills: Effective communication basic math skills and teamwork.
- Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and address hazards.
