Job Description

Manual Lathe Machinist & CNC Mill/Lathe Operator

Pay: $23$26/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: MondaySaturday 5:00 AM5:00 PM
Employment Type: TemptoHire
Location: Southeast Tulsa

About the Role:
Were looking for a skilledManual Lathe Machinist & CNC Mill/Lathe Operatorto join our team. In this role youll work with precision equipment to create highquality parts collaborating with a team that values expertise innovation and excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your machining skills and grow within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program and operate manual mill and lathe machines to meet precise part specifications.
  • Inspect finished parts using micrometers calipers and other measuring tools to ensure accuracy.
  • Select the right tooling and set up machines to deliver consistent highquality results.
  • Maintain a clean organized workspace while adhering to strict quality standards.
  • Make offsets and edits independently to meet production targets.
  • Collaborate with the team during R&D design reviews to ensure project success.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and assist less experienced machinists and CNC operators.
  • Interpret blueprints to guide machining processes.
  • Set up and operate EDM machines as needed.
  • Handle additional tasks requiring critical thinking and sound judgment.

What Were Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Formal training in CNC programming and operation or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience programming and operating CNC and manual machines.
  • Proficiency with CNC equipment micrometers calipers and height gauges.
  • Strong mathematical skills including knowledge of geometry and trigonometry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
