Manual Lathe Machinist & CNC Mill/Lathe Operator
Pay: $23$26/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: MondaySaturday 5:00 AM5:00 PM
Employment Type: TemptoHire
Location: Southeast Tulsa
About the Role:
Were looking for a skilledManual Lathe Machinist & CNC Mill/Lathe Operatorto join our team. In this role youll work with precision equipment to create highquality parts collaborating with a team that values expertise innovation and excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Program and operate manual mill and lathe machines to meet precise part specifications.
- Inspect finished parts using micrometers calipers and other measuring tools to ensure accuracy.
- Select the right tooling and set up machines to deliver consistent highquality results.
- Maintain a clean organized workspace while adhering to strict quality standards.
- Make offsets and edits independently to meet production targets.
- Collaborate with the team during R&D design reviews to ensure project success.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Mentor and assist less experienced machinists and CNC operators.
- Interpret blueprints to guide machining processes.
- Set up and operate EDM machines as needed.
- Handle additional tasks requiring critical thinking and sound judgment.
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Formal training in CNC programming and operation or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience programming and operating CNC and manual machines.
- Proficiency with CNC equipment micrometers calipers and height gauges.
- Strong mathematical skills including knowledge of geometry and trigonometry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
