To support our SOX Compliance and Risk Management team we are searching for a Corporate SOX Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
Tasks
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Responsibility for the continuous optimization and further development of the internal control system both in terms of quality and with regard to the integration of further business processes in our stateoftheart corporate governance tool
- Competent contact person for external and internal recipients such as auditors various departments and our Internal Audit with regard to the internal control system and risk management
- Supporting control owners with questions regarding the documentation of control implementations and the implementation of audit feedback from our Internal Audit
- Supporting the Lead SOX Compliance & Risk Management in daytoday business and in regular reporting to Management
- Analysis and riskbased assessment of existing and newly implemented control measures and their documentation
- Identification of process and system weaknesses of the ICS as well as optimization potential in business processes
- Transformation of existing controls in the course of process adjustments and changes as well as system changes
- Conducting internal ICS trainings for the relevant control members and continuous maintenance of guidelines and policies
Requirements
WHO YOU ARE
- Successfully completed studies in the field of economics (Bachelor/Master/Diploma)
- Relevant professional experience in a comparable position at a listed company ideally in the SOX environment
- Alternatively you have already worked in auditing or internal audit
- Good understanding of IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Navision / BC SAP Success Factors)
- Quick comprehension of process and risk analysis
- Strong communication skills also at management level
- High degree of initiative and selforganization
- Fluent in English and ideally German both written and spoken
