Location: Chandigarh & Ludhiana

We are hiring a Sales Manager for Business Loans with a leading NBFC. The position offers a competitive CTC of up to 10 LPA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Driving new business acquisition in the business loan segment.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding sales targets for business loans.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Market Research & Analysis: Identifying opportunities for business growth.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management preferably in business loans SME loans or similar financial products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead a team and manage client relationships effectively.
Compensation:
- CTC: Up to 10 LPA depending on experience and qualifications.
