Job Description
As an Integration Engineer you will lead integration efforts ensuring solutions align with customer requirements through clear configuration and collaboration with crossfunctional teams. You will manage data flows ensure system connectivity troubleshoot complex issues and continually enhance integration processes to meet customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities: Integrate Your Skills into Solutions!
- Lead integration processes by understanding customer business models and ensuring effective deployment of integration solutions.
- Provide advanced technical support addressing complex integration issues and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Analyze system logs SQL queries and application performance metrics to troubleshoot integration challenges.
- Develop and adhere to technical protocols that improve customer experience including system configuration and backoffice alignment.
- Communicate customer requirements to technical teams contributing to integration discussions and solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on integration capabilities responding to technical inquiries on specifications and interoperability.
- Identify and implement process improvements for sustained integration efficiency and results.
- Facilitate crossdepartmental communication to ensure alignment enhancing overall project delivery success.
Requirements
Qualifications: The Right Mix for Integration Success!
- Bachelor s degree in Science or Arts or equivalent experience in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical roles focused on integration (Client/Server applications HL7 FHIR OAuth SAML ADFS)
- Extensive experience with EHR integration and interoperability with EHR vendors (highly preferred)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to complex problemsolving
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and tasks effectively within tight deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in SQL with experience in various database technologies (SQL Server PostgreSQL MySQL etc.) including data modeling and query optimization expertise
- Familiarity with flowcharting tools (Visio Dia Drawsmart etc.) (advantageous)
- Proficiency in Excel Word MS Project and Visio with a strong focus on documentation and project management
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
