Key Responsibilities:
Static Timing Analysis (STA):
Perform comprehensive timing analysis using tools like NanoTime for advanced process nodes (2nm/3nm).
Develop and validate timing constraints for highperformance designs.
Identify and resolve timing bottlenecks to ensure optimal performance power and area.
Circuit Simulation:
Conduct SPICE simulations for analog mixedsignal and digital circuits to verify functionality and performance.
Analyze circuit behavior including power noise and signal integrity across process voltage and temperature corners.
Collaboration and Debugging:
Work closely with RTL designers layout engineers and physical design teams to ensure seamless integration and silicon success.
Debug and resolve timing or simulation issues identified during the design or validation phase.
Optimization and Verification:
Optimize designs to meet timing power and area requirements specific to 2nm/3nm TSMC technologies.
Perform pre and postlayout simulations to ensure accuracy and compliance with design specifications.
Requirements
Educational Background:
Bachelor s/Master s/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering Microelectronics or a related field.
Experience:
3 years of experience in STA and SPICE simulation preferably for advanced process nodes.
Handson experience with 2nm/3nm process technologies and familiarity with TSMC PDKs is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in NanoTime and industrystandard SPICE simulation tools (e.g. HSPICE Spectre).
Strong understanding of timing analysis methodologies signal integrity and noise analysis.
Knowledge of process variations and their impact on timing and circuit performance.
Familiarity with DRC LVS and parasitic extraction flows.

Strategy Development: Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the semiconductor industry, focusing on attracting top talent for niche roles such as DFT engineers, chip designers, and process engineers. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal departments and external clients to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and project timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals. Pipeline Management: Oversee the development of talent pipelines, building a strong network of potential candidates to meet future staffing needs. Performance Monitoring: Set, track, and report on team performance metrics, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction. Candidate Experience: Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding, maintaining strong relationships with top-tier talent in the semiconductor sector. Market Insights: Stay current with semiconductor industry trends, talent availability, and competitive market conditions to advise clients and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. Operational Efficiency: Oversee the use of recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other technologies to streamline and optimize the recruitment process. Budget Management: Manage recruitment budgets, ensuring cost-effective hiring without compromising on quality. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the semiconductor industry. Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, roles, and industry trends. Proven experience in managing and leading a high-performing recruitment team. Ability to build strong client relationships and influence decision-making. Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools. Results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality talent in a timely manner.
