- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanour aiding with valet parking and luggage upon arrival and departure.
- Be familiar with the hotel facilities and services to assist with guest queries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and portecochre areas including clearing debris and arranging seating.
- Provide information and recommendations on local attractions restaurants and activities to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements including booking taxis limousines and airport transfers.
- Always uphold the hotels standards of excellence in customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role:
- Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences that exceed expectations
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shift times including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
- Hold a valid full Australian drivers licence.
