Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and energetic parttime porter to join our front office team. As a porter you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome assisting with luggage and supporting other front office duties.
Job Description
- Provide a warm and professional welcome.
- Greet guests upon arrival and offer assistance with luggage and other needs.
- Assist guest with their departure including handling and transporting luggage to and from their vehicles.
- Provide information and directions to guests as needed including local attractions and hotel facilities.
Qualifications :
- Wellgroomed.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage and other items.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays.
