The customer operates a large PowerScale cluster environment and requires a skilled PowerScale expert at each location. Due to the environments size multiple support tickets are managed daily.
Each resident will be expected to:
Open and manage all Dell support tickets including handling all requests from support (e.g. gathering logs executing commands etc.) until issues are resolved.
Work with support to manage all escalations.
Coordinate and collaborate with the Dell Field Services team when dispatched to the customers location.
Assist the customer with any additional tasks or activities as requested.
Each resource must have proven experience in:
Fastpaced environments.
Working with Dell Customer Support.
Managing escalations within Dell Support.
Being detailoriented.
Driving issues to successful resolution.
Business Hours: Monday Friday 12 PM 8 PM EST/CST
