Job Description
Were looking for a Product Designer to join us in our newly formed and nimble Services Team that gives customers more reasons to choose the client for a worryfree tech life and brings additional revenue streams to our business than just selling tech. This position is perfect if you love design details can translate it to business impact can demonstrate responsible autonomy and are looking for an opportunity to challenge your continued growth.
Responsibilities:
- Designing how customers discover and live with our services.
- Contributing to the discovery road mapping advocating for the right approach and delivering a best in class customer experience.
- Collaborating with User Researchers to bring clarity to ambiguous problems with relevant customer insights and consulting quantitative and qualitative data to inform your design decisions.
- Partnering with Product Managers and Engineers to define and build highperforming solutions.
- Advocating for and expertly leveraging appropriate design methods and tools to help your team deliver solutions that actually work for our customers and our partners.
Experience:
- You think about interfaces not as static pixels but as dynamic experiences and can express yourself with motion flows and stories.
- You demonstrate knowledge in design methods and craft. You have examples where you contributed a successful impact.
- You have your ear to the ground regarding new tools and technologies that help our work become more effective and efficient. Oh and we use Figma by the way.
- You can contribute inclusive design practices and you are comfortable in voicing your opinion.
- You have an attention to detail regarding edge cases hierarchy and accessibility.
- You are inherently curious you proactively explore different solutions you are idealistic but you challenge the status quo responsibility and can always find the middle ground.
- You are interested in products that drive revenue and save the planet (yes we found the magic mix).
- You are comfortable designing a global product with local specificities.
- You are comfortable in communicating professionally in English as we are an international team.
Ice on top of the cake:
- Experience working with app engineers knowledge of Apple and Android design specificities/guidelines
- Experience working with and contributing to a design system
- Experience mentoring and growing junior or midlevel designers but no line management experience required.
