The English Telesales Agent will be responsible for contacting potential clients via phone calls and emails and utilizing negotiation skills to persuade them to purchase our company's products or services. The agent will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and close deals.
Requirements
Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
At least 1 year of experience in telesales or a related field
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to handle objections
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
Customer Outreach
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services and generate interest.
Follow up with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
Needs Assessment
Engage customers in conversation to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Qualify leads to determine the best fit for the company’s offerings.
Sales Presentations
Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations over the phone, highlighting the benefits and features of products or services.
Address customer objections and concerns to facilitate the sales process.
Order Processing
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured and confirmed.
Maintain updated records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
Performance Tracking
Monitor personal sales performance against targets and report results to management.
Participate in team meetings to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
Customer Service
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to products or orders.
Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
