Job Description
Saint Alphonsus Baker City is looking for an Emergency Medicine provider to start ASAP for a minimum of 6 shifts per month.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : As part of schedule
On Call Requirements : No Call
- Single ED physician covers 24 hours shifts.
- Average patient volume is 21 per 24 hour shift.
- Vast majority of the patients are Level 34 or 5 (72%).
- Primary care coverage of inpatient care 24/7.
- Effective telestroke program well established.
- Single call to Medical Access Center for transfers/physician consultation.
- EMR: EPIC
- Credentialing timeframe: 23 months
- Comfortable with RURAL locations

Please make sure you have the following items readily available for your provider at the time of acceptance in order to expedite the credentialing process:
MD diploma
Internship/residency/fellowship certs
All medical licenses
DEA
Board Certification
Life support cards BLS
Current and previous certificates of insurance
Driver s license
Professional color photo/headshot
CMEs for the past 2 years
Immunization records including TB Flu HepB Tdap Varicella and COVID
References
Case logs
Requirement description :
- Board Certified Required (can accept FM)
- Active OR license Required or IMLC
- Clean background no malpractice Required
- Local candidates no flights highly preferred
