Title: Analyst Compensation
Responsibilities:
- Processes all the employees’ approved change requests (i.e. Promotions Salary adjustment title change reclassification and reevaluation).
- Prepares and processes Employee Change Requests (ECR).
- Processes tax assistance and protection program in collaboration with approved vendor.
- Processes Medical and Life Insurance operations .
- Ensures efiles are updated timely and accurately.
- Answers queries raised by the branches and arranged meeting with them if required.
- Undertakes research and benchmarks compensation and rewards practices in healthcare sector and wider industry.
- Prepares and manages organization data for submission to survey partners.
Requirements:
Any graduate with atleast 3Years relevant experience in healthcare
