10 years of extensive experience years in implementation and operations of Workday requirements gathering configuration testing and troubleshooting
Minimum 5 years of Solution Architect experience in implementing integration managing and optimizing Workday systems in a live environment including proficiency in Workday HCM recruitment Advanced Compensation Payroll Benefits Time Off Absence Performance and Development Learning Integrations Security Advanced Reporting BIRT Prism Analytics and/or Expenses configurations
Proficiency with XML REST SOAP JSON JavaScript and be knowledgeable in an objectoriented programming language

Demonstrated integration experience in Human Resources related domains (Payroll Benefits Recruiting Emp Discounts Contingent Work nomination procedures etc.) and Financials Management (General Ledger Banking Billing Accounts Payable etc.)
Good understanding and experience in cloud computing web services REST APIs and associated integration challenges
