- Job Title: Workday Consultant
- Location: Woonsocket RI (Onsite)
- Mode of Hire: Contract
Job Description
- 10 years of extensive experience years in implementation and operations of Workday requirements gathering configuration testing and troubleshooting
- Minimum 5 years of Solution Architect experience in implementing integration managing and optimizing Workday systems in a live environment including proficiency in Workday HCM recruitment Advanced Compensation Payroll Benefits Time Off Absence Performance and Development Learning Integrations Security Advanced Reporting BIRT Prism Analytics and/or Expenses configurations
- Proficiency with XML REST SOAP JSON JavaScript and be knowledgeable in an objectoriented programming language
- Experience of designing workflows to solve business/ Workday Studio Core connectors and EIB / Ability Create new integrations to meet the business requirements using various Workday integration tools and technologies
- Demonstrated integration experience in Human Resources related domains (Payroll Benefits Recruiting Emp Discounts Contingent Work nomination procedures etc.) and Financials Management (General Ledger Banking Billing Accounts Payable etc.)
- Good understanding and experience in cloud computing web services REST APIs and associated integration challenges
- Build strong relationships with our customers to understand their requirements and be a key contributor to guiding developing and educating others within the Workday practice
- Workday integration certification is a plus
- Experience on Workday Extend is a plus
