As a Graduate Trainee in the Sales Team you will play a pivotal role in achieving company sales targets identifying new market opportunities and expanding the customer network. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates to develop leadership skills and gain handson experience in sales and team management. We are looking for dynamic Mandarinspeaking candidates who are eager to grow and succeed in a fastpaced resultdriven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Implement innovative marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports analyze sales performance and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve broader company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Continuously adapt to market changes adjusting strategies to meet evolving needs.

Qualifications:

  • Willing to work in any location across Indonesia.
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelors degree in any field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a resultoriented approach.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the potential to manage a sales team.
  • Quick learner adaptable to market changes and eager to develop new skills.
  • Willing to relocate as required by the company.
  • Proactive selfdisciplined and highly motivated.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
