Conversational AI Architect
Pan India
- Experience as Solution Architect in designing Conversational AI solutions and deploying in Azure Cloud Environment
- Experience with building Chatbots Voicebots and Emailbots using technologies like MS Bot Framework Dialogflow ES/CX IBM Watson AudioCodes Twilio Genesys Chime.
- Full stack development experience with high proficiency in languages like JavaScript & Python with experience in frontend frameworks like React & Angular and backend technologies like NodeJS & Flask.
- Deep understanding of NLP concepts like intent recognition entity extraction and dialogue management including services like Azure Cognitive Services.
- Handson experience of using Azure Calculator and indepth knowledge of Azure Services
- Experience in HLD LLD Architecture & Security Design
- Understanding and experience of working in Agile Methodology
- Knowledge and experience of using REST APIs ServiceNow APIs other APIs for ITSM and Contact Centre applications
- True sense of ownership
- High passion for learning
