Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Oversee the accounting department operations and staff.
- Provide CFO services including financial strategy planning and analysis for fractional CFO clients.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Review and prepare financial statements budgets and forecasts.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor accounting department staff as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated financial services.
- Manage client relationships and address their financial needs and concerns through monthly and quarterly Management Meetings.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and external auditors
- Assist with monthend quarterend and yearend closing processes
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- CPA certification required.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience including managerial role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite. Preferably TaxDome as well.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience including managerial role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Manage a team of 35 accounting professionals
- Oversee financial reporting and compliance for multiple clients
- Implement process improvements across accounting operations
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and external stakeholders
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification required. Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including managerial role Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite. Preferably TaxDome as well. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
