By connecting with prospects identifying opportunities and supporting our sales efforts you ll contribute to meaningful results.

Reach out to potential customers through emails and calls to introduce our products and services.
Help run awareness campaigns and follow up on new sales leads.
Support customers through realtime chat answering questions and assisting with product issues.
Build positive relationships with customers by offering friendly and helpful service.
Use our CRM tools to keep track of sales progress and stay organized.
Get to know our products well so you can offer technical support and suggestions to customers.
Work to resolve any customer concerns related to sales and service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
Alignment with FlexiSAF s values and a commitment to uphold them.
Some experience in Customer Success or a similar role with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
Comfortable working independently but also a collaborative team player.
Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Analytical and problemsolving mindset with a willingness to learn technical skills.
