Roles and responsibilities

As a leader in the cryptocurrency mining sector, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing a strategic vision aimed at achieving rapid global growth and maximizing market impact. Your role will involve overseeing operations, with a focus on optimizing the deployment of mining resources and facilities. Collaborating closely with the executive team, you will establish and drive ambitious Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that align with our long-term goals.

A critical aspect of your position will be to lead the establishment of representative offices across various regions worldwide. This includes ensuring that these offices operate efficiently and maintain high-performance standards. As we work towards a significant global mining capacity of 200 megawatts (MW), you will also spearhead efforts to prepare the company for potential public offerings (IPO) or mergers and acquisitions (M&A), laying the groundwork for future financial success.

In summary, your leadership, operational expertise, and financial management skills will be pivotal in shaping the future of our company in the fast-evolving cryptocurrency landscape. By driving towards our goal of 200MW global mining capacity and preparing for a successful IPO or M&A, you will play a crucial role in our journey toward becoming a market leader in the cryptocurrency mining industry.

Desired candidate profile

To thrive in this role, you will need proven leadership experience in managing and expanding cryptocurrency farms, ideally starting from a baseline of 75MW on a global scale. Your expertise should encompass building operations from the ground up, with a focus on establishing crypto facilities of at least 10MW in diverse regions, particularly in emerging markets.

Strong financial acumen is essential, as you will be responsible for solid Profit and Loss (P&L) management. Your ability to deliver robust financial performance will be crucial in driving the company’s growth and sustainability. Furthermore, your exceptional time management skills will enable you to juggle multiple projects with precision and focus, ensuring that all initiatives progress smoothly and effectively.

A hands-on approach is vital in this dynamic industry. Your established connections within the Bitcoin mining space, particularly across Latin America and Africa, will be instrumental in driving our strategic initiatives. These relationships will help you navigate regional challenges and identify opportunities for expansion, ultimately enhancing our global footprint.
