Job Description
Job Title: Fractional CEO (Chief Executive Officer) - JobTV
Primary Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute effective sales strategies using various platforms and tools to secure the first three customers for JobTV's white-labeled app. This includes identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, presenting product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
🚀 Incentive: 10% commission on first-year revenue for closed deals
- Market ysis and Strategy Refinement: Gather insights from customer interactions and market feedback to refine the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and product positioning. Collaborate with the Owner to enhance strategies based on these insights.
- Product Integration and Improvement: Coordinate with contract developers and internal stakeholders to sort, rank and integrate feedback into product enhancements.
- Demonstration and Presentation: Schedule and conduct engaging product demo to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of JobTV's white-labeled app.
Key Performance Metrics:
- Customer Acquisition: Achieve the goal of securing the first three customers within the first 90 days. Monitor sales metrics such as qualified leads, conversion rates, and revenue.
🚀 Pipeline should reflect, at minimum, 100 leads within the CEO's first 10 days
- Demo Scheduling and Demo Effectiveness: Every calendar week needs to include, at minimum, 1 demo with a prospective customer. Measured at the end of 90 days, the Demo-to-Close rate should average, at minimum, 10%.
