Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead our agile scrum teams in delivering highquality software solutions that meet business needs. The ideal candidate will be wellversed in Agile methodologies particularly JIRA and will drive metrics for team delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will act as a Scrum Master coordinating with crossfunctional teams to ensure project success and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Management: Manage scrum team(s) to build operate and maintain software solutions.
- Objective Communication: Clearly communicate objectives and success metrics to team members.
- Metrics Development: Develop and drive metrics for team delivery using inhouse and SaaS tools.
- Scrum Master Role: Act as Scrum Master / SAFe Agilist driving all ceremonies and implementing Scaled Agile Framework.
- Deep Understanding: Dive deep into platform capabilities and underlying technologies.
- DataDriven Decisions: Utilize datadriven decisionmaking and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strategic Debating: Engage in discussions about delivery strategy with business teams architects engineers and designers.
- Executive Communication: Communicate effectively to executives peers and staff.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor teams on Agile Scrum SAFe and TDD principles.
- Impediment Removal: Remove impediments with urgency or guide teams in doing so.
- Trust Building: Foster a trusting environment where problems can be discussed openly.
- CrossFunctional Coordination: Coordinate with crossfunctional teams across locations to ensure project success.
- Project Oversight: Maintain radiate and present projectrelated information and metrics for leadership review.
- Quality Initiatives: Coordinate initiatives for automation defect metrics and overall quality.
- Strategic Recommendations: Recommend strategic direction continuous improvements and policy changes.
- Operational Leadership: Lead project/program management activities around cost schedule and quality.
- Metric Reporting: Own collection and reporting of platform metrics.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Management or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
- Experience: Knowledge of multiple software development concepts and methodologies.
- Skills: Detailoriented proactive and able to function under pressure with a high degree of initiative and selfmotivation.
Key Skills: Agile methodologies JIRA Scrum Master SAFe continuous improvement team mentorship crossfunctional coordination project management metric reporting.
