Job Title:Oracle EBS Technical Lead
Location: Remote(Preferably in or around Florida)
Duration: 6 Months(based on performance it can be extended to 18 months and further)
Pay rate: Market / Flexible
Job Summary:
The position will primarily be responsible interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating highlevel design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation transition and warranty. You will also lead small projects and contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives. Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- In Depth understanding of Oracle EBS Technical Architecture with strong Oracle EBS Apps technical skills Forms Reports PL/SQL OAF Interfaces.
- Provide technofunctional solution support for all the new business implementations while building the entire system from scratch
- Support the solutioning team from architectural design coding testing and implementing the business processes requirements and the underlying ERP technology to translate them into ERP solutions
- Understand the functional design as well as technical design and architecture to be implemented on the ERP system
- Strong TechnoFunctional skills in Supply Chain Modules Order Management Inventory Depot Repair.
- Work with Functional /Business teams to understand the functional specifications and translating them to Technical Design /Specifications
- Good Knowledge in Various Integration Methodologies /Design Patterns
- Suggesting innovative cost and effective solution options for addressing various nonstandard business requirements.
- Providing GoLive and postimplementation warranty support for resolving any business issues in accordance with the agreed SLA terms.
- Analyzing feasibility and impact of various Enhancements/Change Requirements (CRs) on existing configurations before implementing the same.
- Good client handling skills. Experienced in Onsiteoffshore coordination. Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills. Should be fluent in English language.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Engineering or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in ERP solution architecture with at least 5 years in Oracle ERP (EBS) projects and experience in global multigeography deployments.
Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules particularly in RecordtoReport and OrdertoCash and ProcuretoPay processes.
Experience with Localization AGIS and integration tools is essential.
Project Experience: Proven experience in largescale global ERP implementations with a focus on architectural design integration and performance optimization.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead technical discussions influence architectural decisions and work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
Analytical Skills: Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Cloud certifications related to ERP are advantageous.
Methodologies: Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience with cloudbased Oracle ERP solutions.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in industryspecific requirements for Oracle ERP (EBS) in fields such as Telecommunications Retail.
