Roles and responsibilities
1. Sales Support
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships.
2. Marketing Campaigns
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media).
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
3. Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

- Prepare reports summarizing research findings and recommendations.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Help manage customer databases and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.

5. Event Coordination
- Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

Desired candidate profile
1. Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

2. Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related roles, preferably within the same industry.
- Experience in supporting sales teams or executing marketing campaigns is highly desirable.
