Job Tasks

Technical Support
Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for users.
System Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and updates of ICT systems, ensuring they are functioning efficiently.
Project Management
ICT Projects: Coordinate and manage ICT-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Implementation: Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems, including software installations and upgrades.
Training and Support
User Training: Develop and deliver training sessions for staff on new technologies and software applications.
Documentation: Create and maintain user manuals, training materials, and system documentation.
Network Administration
Network Management: Oversee network infrastructure, ensuring connectivity and security for all users.
Security Protocols: Implement and monitor security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.
Communication and Collaboration
Liaison: Act as the liaison between the ICT department and other departments, understanding their technology needs and challenges.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for procurement and maintenance of ICT equipment and services.
