As a QA SDET Lead you will act as a technical expert in validation and quality assurance to deliver high quality software leveraging automation techniques. You will conduct requirement analysis define test strategy & design develop and maintain automation testing frameworks and scripts. Lead project quality through rigorous testing and validation. You will also be required to design team enablement plan work with crossfunctional teams to deliver high quality deliverables. Responsibilities
- Works with business stakeholders to upcoming PT understand business requirement and needs.
- Participates in PTLC activities such as design sessions and prototype review meetings.
- Review / Approve test plans test cases and test scripts. Holds review sessions with the team and stakeholders.
- Provides test effort estimates.
- Help team with test data executes tests during onshore hours and review test results and prepare test reports.
- Works with both internal and external teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provides technical leadership mentors team members and leads projects.
- Supervises and directs work of individuals within the team.
- Liaison with business users and other IT teams.
- Participates and makes recommendations on the direction of Performance team.
- May perform other duties as assigned *
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

- Location for this position is Raleigh NC.
- 10 years of Load Testing Experience including Performance Stress Endurance and HA Failover testing experience within a software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodology.
- Protocols: Web http/html Citrix Ajax true client
- Managing multiple project efforts to completion.
- Domain experience in Retail (Logistics applications) testing experience
Preferred Qualification:
- Superior skills with high level of proficiency in extracting requirements planning test strategy writing test cases and test execution.
- Program methodologies and scripting
- Comprehensive knowledge and skills with load testing software such as Load Runner cloud
- Superior understanding in relational databases & SQL.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills with the ability to handle conflict and to work with a distributed team.
- Infrastructure knowledge such as networks Firewalls application servers and Databases.
- Superior communication skills both written and oral.
- Superior critical thinking skills with the ability to move beyond proven problemsolving approaches to formulate solutions.
