Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master! In this positionyou will partner in facilitating product/programrelated agile events and maintain essential product/program artifacts. Also you will collaborate with Product Ownership to deliver a prioritized backlog.
What youd be doing:
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with agile team roles vendors and key stakeholders to ensure execution alignment.
- Demonstrate servant leadership by educating teams on selforganization and LeanAgile practices.
- Partner with senior leadership and technology partners to deliver prioritized innovations that align with PepsiCos priorities.
- Drive Azure DevOps best practices across products and programs.
What were looking for:
- Bachelors degree required preferably in Business or Information Systems Management.
- 5 years of work experience or 23 years in CPG delivery teams or a toptier consulting firm.
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure DevOps is a must.
- SAFe (or equivalent) Scrum Master certification preferred.
- Proven project management experience including balancing schedules costs and timelines.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Experience leading Scrum/Agile team events and supporting PI Planning events is a plus.
