Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Development: Develop and execute product strategies for SAP solutions ensuring alignment with various Lakeshore business objectives.
Product Roadmap: Define and manage the product roadmap prioritizing features and enhancements
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with business process owners in Lakeshore vertical teams (i.e. sales distribution supply chain finance retail...etc) and technology dev leads.
Performance Monitoring: define and monitor KPIs and make datadriven decisions to enhance and optimize SAP products and processes
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation including user guides release notes and training materials.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management with a focus on SAP solutions.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SAP ERP systems and related technologies.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to cocreate with other while being accountable for decisions.
Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation and the ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
