We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in attracting and retaining exceptional employees. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead our efforts in talent acquisition, working closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Your expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and employer branding will contribute to our success in attracting the best candidates for our company.
- Handling all recruitment requests for Europe, USA, GCC, Egypt and other Middle East countries.
- Responsible for designing a recruitment process that is faithful to the organization's hiring strategy.
- Improve recruitment processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
- Responsible for the development of all sourcing methods and channels to ensure having an up-to-date database.
- Establish powerful sourcing pool.
- Responsible for using recruitment best practices, techniques, and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), extensively used Job Portals and recruitment marketing platforms.
- Work closely with the CSM team to identify the client's needs and ensure a high level of service excellence.
- Responsible for communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
- Oversee all aspects of performance management of the team members.
- Lead employment branding initiatives.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.).
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications tailored to each role.
- Responsible for internal and external client management.
- Assist in employee retention and development.
- Manage recruiting personnel.
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
Desired candidate profile
- Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Manager with a focus on Software technical & support functions background is a PLUS
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communicator.
- Well-organized.
- A leader and strategic thinker.
- BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field.
