We are looking for an experienced and dynamic KOL Operations Manager to lead our influencer marketing initiatives across Indonesia. In this role you will be responsible for driving endtoend KOL (Key Opinion Leader) strategies for new product launches ensuring the right influencers are selected for each campaign and developing a robust KOL ecosystem tailored to our target audience. The ideal candidate has a strong background in influencer partnerships with the ability to manage relationships with suppliers and KOLs while leveraging data to measure and improve campaign performance. You will focus on key sectors including gaming lifestyle and digital media and contribute significantly to the overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

KOL Strategy & Campaign Management:
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing and product teams to align KOL strategies with business objectives and product launches.
- Lead the selection of relevant KOLs for different product lines by evaluating their audience fit engagement rates and potential impact.
- Create and execute comprehensive KOL strategies for each campaign including negotiation of terms deliverables and timelines.
- Ensure seamless coordination between KOLs internal teams and suppliers to optimize campaign execution and results.

KOL Resource Development:
- Build and manage a diverse and comprehensive KOL resource pool across various sectors including gaming lifestyle and images (photography and videography).
- Segment the KOL pool based on field expertise audience demographics engagement patterns and platform strengths (e.g. YouTube Instagram TikTok).
- Continuously update the KOL database identifying emerging influencers and maintaining strong relationships with existing KOLs.

Partnerships & Supplier Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with KOL agencies and suppliers to ensure the best possible access to toptier talent.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with KOLs and their representatives to ensure mutual benefit and campaign success.
- Work with local and international suppliers to develop scalable KOL programs that align with regional and global marketing strategies.

KOL Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and evaluate KOL performance focusing on voice trends audience composition engagement levels and conversion metrics.
- Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to stakeholders enabling datadriven decisions that optimize the effectiveness of KOL campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in KOL strategies ensuring alignment with evolving market trends and consumer behavior.

Content & Creative Collaboration:
- Partner with KOLs to develop authentic creative content that resonates with target audiences and enhances brand storytelling.
- Review and approve content plans ensuring consistency with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to produce highquality promotional materials that complement KOLgenerated content.

Market Research & Trend Monitoring:
- Stay uptodate with industry trends emerging KOLs and platform developments to remain competitive in the influencer marketing space.
- Provide market insights to identify shifts in audience preferences influencer behavior and content consumption adapting strategies accordingly.
- Leverage competitive analysis to benchmark KOL performance against competitors and identify new growth opportunities.
Job Requirements:

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing with a proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns.
- Experience working with KOL suppliers agencies or digital marketing platforms is highly desirable.

Industry Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian KOL landscape particularly in sectors such as gaming lifestyle and content creation (photography and videography).
- Strong familiarity with the various social media platforms (Instagram YouTube TikTok etc.) and their influencer ecosystems.
- Ability to analyze KOL performance and provide strategic insights to maximize brand exposure and engagement.

- Excellent negotiation relationship management and communication skills with the ability to build lasting partnerships with KOLs and suppliers.
- Strong data analysis skills with experience using influencer marketing platforms or analytics tools to track campaign performance.
- Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate on content creation ensuring that influencer content aligns with brand objectives and resonates with the audience.

Language Skills:
- Proficiency in English for daily communication is essential both written and spoken.
- Fluency in Chinese is a plus but not mandatory.
