Job Description
Our client is a wellestablished multi regulated Australian broker offering traders access to CFDs across Forex Indices Commodities Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. Our client is growing and looking to recruit a Fulltime Operations Coordinator (Mandarin Speaking)
Mandarin is essential for this role especially to support the Client Relations Department in the China region while Cantonese is an added advantage. Fluency in English is also crucial for effective communication with our diverse client base.
Reporting to: Country Manager (China)
Responsibilities:
- CrossDepartment Coordination: Communicate and collaborate with various departments to ensure workflows are aligned and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Supervision and Support: Monitor the progress of work across departments ensuring deadlines are met and providing support where needed.
- Platform System Updates: Maintain uptodate platform systems with relevant data and changes.
- Client Requests and Complaints: Handle client inquiries requests and complaints conducting timely investigations and delivering solutions.
- Payment Issue Resolution: Coordinate with customers and service providers to resolve payment issues through multiple channels.
- PSP Activity Oversight: Manage and monitor PSP activities ensuring updates are made and resolving deposit/withdrawal issues promptly.
- Risk Monitoring: Analyze activities to identify potential risks ensuring compliance with risk management protocols.
- Monitor Toxic Order Flow: Track and analyze order flow to detect and address any toxic trading behaviors.
Candidate profile:
- Fluent or native Chinese (Mandarin)
- Upperintermediate English verbal and written
- 2 years of experience in operations or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in highpaced environments
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel
- Experience with payment service providers (PSPs) or risk management systems
- Understanding of the Forex market and trading operations
