Year 1 Teacher FullTime Permanent Position
Start Date: January 2025
Location: Oxford
Contract: FullTime Permanent
Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and inspiring a love of learning in early years Do you have the skills and enthusiasm to create an engaging classroom environment where every child feels valued and empowered Our primary school is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Year 1 Teacher to join our community starting this January.
About the Role:
As a Year 1 Teacher you will play a key role in delivering a stimulating and supportive curriculum tailored to the needs of young learners. You will foster each childs growth in a warm structured and inclusive environment helping them build a strong foundation for future learning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan deliver and assess engaging lessons in line with the curriculum
- Encourage social and emotional growth as well as academic progress
- Maintain a safe positive and inspiring classroom environment
- Work closely with parents carers and other staff to support each childs development
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience with KS1 or a strong passion for teaching early years
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- A commitment to inclusive education and supporting every childs potential
