Job Title: Financial Controller & Accounting Manager
Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 3200 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Financial Controller & Accounting Manager to oversee the financial operations of our fastgrowing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background proficiency in QuickBooks and the ability to produce detailed financial reports. This role involves managing daytoday bookkeeping payroll tax preparation and offering insights to improve financial processes and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations including bookkeeping payroll and tax preparation.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports forecasts and budgets.
- Break down revenue streams and expenses identifying costsaving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and payroll laws.
- Provide actionable financial insights to support business growth.
- Collaborate closely with company founders and other team members.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in U.S. tax codes with a solid understanding of tax regulations and benefits specific to SCorporations (SCorps).
- Proven experience in financial management accounting and payroll.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify financial trends.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with financial planning in a digital marketing or similar environment is a plus.
