Position Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and detailoriented Financial and Operations Analyst to join our team. This multifaceted role combines financial analysis accounting oversight and backend operations management. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to optimize complex financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis and Accounting:

Conduct indepth financial analysis to identify trends opportunities and risks
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decisionmaking
Oversee monthly quarterly and annual closing processes
Produce management reports and financial statements with actionable insights
Manage accounts payable accounts receivable and payroll processes
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting

Operations Management:

Optimize inventory control processes including stocking orders and dropshipping
Manage shipping logistics coordinating with international partners for air and ocean shipments
Ensure seamless integration between inventory ecommerce and payment systems
Develop and monitor KPIs to measure and enhance operational performance
Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency

Strategic Support:

Provide datadriven recommendations to support business growth and expansion plans
Collaborate with leadership to develop financial and operational strategies
Identify and implement costsaving measures across the organization
Proactively address potential issues before they impact the business

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus
35 years of experience in financial analysis and operations management preferably in ecommerce or retail
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive problemsolving mindset
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP and financial modeling tools
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience with inventory management and logistics in an ecommerce setting
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced evolving environment
