Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented Account Manager to manage communications with 1520 clients through Slack and ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong longterm client relationships triaging requests and coordinating with internal teams to deliver highquality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients managing daily communications via Slack.
- Ensure client projects are executed on time by coordinating with creative strategy and production teams.
- Address client requests retrieve data as needed and manage some data entry tasks.
- Maintain uptodate status on all client requests.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships by ensuring timely clear communication.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Experience with Slack for client communications.
- Basic knowledge of project management tools such as ClickUp.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.

- Experience managing client relationships.
- Familiarity with the marketing or creative agency environment.
