Job Description
Lab Quality Supervisor
What youll do:
Single point of contact with customer which looks to reach the customer excellence. Analyze any product nonconformity reported by customer or cross dock in order to contain it and properly solve it. Responsible to monitor and track external PPM in order to generate continuous improvement actions; and support implementation and maintenance of lessons learned system by active involvement. Problem Solving Customer PPAP approval NCEs and PPMs reduction Customer Satisfaction Cumplimiento del SQDCM
What is required:
Engineering / Professional carrier Quality Engineer Quality basic tool knowledge: Process Control Plan PFMEA PPAP Process Flow Diagram Problem solving tools such as 8D Ishikawa PDCA Six Sigma etc. SPC Minitab Deseable experiencia de 6 meses en puesto similar Deseable experiencia de 6 meses en manejo de mquina de coser
