This fulltime position focuses on providing essential oneonone support to students with autism helping to enhance their social interactions and academic experiences. Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting individuals with autism ideally in an educational or SEN environment
- Strong understanding of autism spectrum conditions and the challenges that students may face with a focus on developing effective support strategies
- Ability to create a calm structured and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation and growth
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building trusting relationships with students parents and colleagues
- A current and clear Enhanced DBS check is essential to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students
