Qualifications :
Who You Are:
You have at least 8 years experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within the software or technology industry.
Demonstrated success in endtoend recruitment lifecycle identifying attracting and hiring highperforming talent for GTM roles.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills: ability to build trust and credibility internally and externally.
Excellent communicator both written and verbally.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
Committed to fostering and encouraging diversity equity and inclusion in recruitment processes.
Agile and adaptable; comfortable working in a fastpaced highgrowth and global environment.
