Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Legal Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal recruitment excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in a commissionbased role. As a Remote Legal Recruiter you will be responsible for identifying attracting and placing top legal talent with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified legal candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking events and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of top legal talent for current and future job openings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends market conditions and competitive intelligence to provide strategic recruitment advice to clients and candidates.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets to maximize commission earnings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a legal recruiter or in a similar recruitment role preferably within the legal industry.
- Strong understanding of the legal job market and legal industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Selfmotivated resultsoriented and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant tools.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Law or a related field is preferred.
Compensation:
- This is a commissionbased position with unlimited earning potential. Commission rates will be competitive and commensurate with experience and performance.
