Position: Content Moderator
Languages Required: Ukrainian English
Start Date: December 5 2024
Location: Thessaloniki Greece (OnSite)
Work Schedule: 24/7 (3 rotating shifts; night shifts are a chill 15% just about 3 nights per month!)

About the Role:
As a Content Moderator youll be the superhero of the online realm ensuring a safe and positive experience for users everywhere! Your mission: Implement content policies and master the art of moderation like a pro! If you have an eagle eye for detail and can handle digital drama we want YOU on our team!
Your Daily Adventures:
- Content Crusader: Review videos images and text to keep the online space compliant and safe!
- Scoring Guru: Assess content for ageappropriateness violence and other important factors.
- Documentation Wizard: Keep meticulous records of all interactions inquiries and actions taken.
- Wellness Champion: Dive into our wellness initiatives and training to keep the good vibes flowing!
- Team Player: Collaborate with your squad to tackle performance issues and maintain topnotch KPIs!
Who Were Looking For:
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year in operations or customer service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (no capes required!).
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Ukrainian and English lets make those communication skills shine!
