Join Our Team as a Content Moderator!
Languages Required: Hungarian English
Start Date: December 5 2024
Location: Thessaloniki Greece (OnSite)
Work Schedule: 24/7 (3 rotating shifts; night shifts are only about 15% of the time roughly 3 nights a month!)

What Youll Do:
As a Content Moderator youll be our online guardian ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for users. Your main task will be to apply content policies and manage moderation with precision. If you have a sharp eye for detail and can read between the lines of digital communication youll fit right in!
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Review: Examine a variety of digital content videos images and text to ensure everything meets our guidelines.
- Content Scoring: Evaluate content for ageappropriateness violence and political context your judgment matters!
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of interactions and resolutions; clarity is key!
- Wellness Engagement: Participate in our wellness initiatives and training programs to support a positive workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your teammates to tackle challenges and maintain our high standards.
Who Were Looking For:
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year in operations or customer service.
- Education: A high school diploma
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hungarian and English (both written and spoken).

- Interpersonal Skills: You have empathy and a good understanding of cultural contexts.
