Position Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist you will be the first point of contact for our customers helping them resolve their issues and answering their questions through various channels including phone email and chat. You will work closely with other team members and departments to ensure our customers receive the best service possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat.
- Provide accurate valid and comprehensive information to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues escalating to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Guide customers through product features and functionalities to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide seamless customer support.
- Identify and communicate recurring customer issues to the product and development teams.
- Stay uptodate with product knowledge company updates and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices within the team.
Qualifications:
- French Native
- English B2 level
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
