Roles and responsibilities
1. Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations during the assigned shift, ensuring that all processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor workflow and productivity, making adjustments as necessary to meet operational goals and customer demands.
- Ensure that all equipment and machinery are functioning properly and that maintenance schedules are adhered to.
2. Staff Supervision and Development
- Manage and supervise shift employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and teamwork.
- Conduct training for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff to promote skill development and adherence to company policies.
- Schedule staff shifts, manage attendance, and address any staffing issues or conflicts that may arise during the shift.
3. Customer Service Management
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, addressing any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve service quality, fostering a customer-centric environment.
- Monitor service delivery and ensure that products are served to customers at the appropriate quality and temperature.
4. Quality Control
- Maintain high standards of product quality, ensuring that all items meet company specifications and safety regulations.

7. Inventory and Supply Management
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure sufficient stock for operations during the shift.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, tracking product usage, and minimizing waste through effective management practices.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to address supply chain issues and maintain optimal stock levels.
8. Team Leadership

Desired candidate profile
1. Educational Background
