Job Title: Application Production Support
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work Regime: Hybrid; rotational availability on holidays/weekends
Summary:
The Application Production Support role provides first and secondlevel support for banking and finance applications within the IT Digital team focusing on data applications ETL and Oracle. Responsibilities include monitoring application and server status managing and prioritizing support tickets troubleshooting and identifying process improvements while adhering to ITIL standards. The role also requires defining nonfunctional requirements and assisting in support reduction projects.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 5 years in application support
Technical Skills: ITIL Linux Oracle Exadata ETL (IBM Data Stage preferred) DevOps tools Autosys Dynatrace CFT
Soft Skills: Communication problemsolving teamwork autonomy proactive approach
Language: Fluent English
Main Tasks:
Provide technical support and communication with users and clients
Monitor applications and infrastructure
Analyze and troubleshoot issues define solutions and escalate when needed
Automate routine tasks and improve processes
Availability:
Required oncall availability on a rotational basis including holidays and weekends.
