Job Description
- Ensuring the monitoring integrity and availability of operations support systems
- Ensuring compliance with the good practices established by ITIL processes in the management of incidents and problems
- Implementing managing and maintaining provisioning configuration and automation processes
- Analyzing application problems
Qualifications :
- 2/3 years proven experience in 1st and 2nd line SW and Customeroriented application support
- Advanced experience with:
Siebel CRM
SOAP
PL/SQL
TSQL
PowerShell
Shell Scripting
Javascript
Oracle
MySQL
Informao adicional :
- Hybrid regime 3x a week in the office
- Office Lindaavelha
- Prevention 1x per month
