Job Description
The Application Production role will be a key player in managing incidents handling BAU service requests and maintaining infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review and create application support knowledge articles.
- Ensure all production deliverables align with industry standards and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of batch processing and the ability to support production incidents.
- Analyze system logs and identify potential infrastructure issues.
- Monitor services manage alerting reporting and drive continuous improvements in service quality and availability.
Qualifications :
- Over 4 years of professional experience in Application Production.
- Solid experience with UNIX shell scripting PowerShell and Python to automate daily tasks
- Proficient in Windows and Linux environments offering robust technical support for system and applicationrelated issues ensuring seamless operations.
- Basic knowledge of Autosys including the creation and modification of jobs.
- Strong understanding of ITIL best practices.
- Proficient in PL/SQL.
- English B2 level
