This stable boutique business with a great reputation within inner southern Brisbane requires a Team Administrator/Office Manager. Available either fulltime or slightly reduced hours (minimum 30 per week) the Team Administrator will support both residential sales and property management with marketing contracts applications trust accounts and diary management.
Lead by an awardwinning selling Principal this is a business who encourage ongoing personal and professional development whilst offering a stable low stress working environment.
As the Team Administrator your duties will include:
- Supporting the Sales & Property Management teams with marketing and daily administration
- Preparation of Form 6s & general contracts management
- Processing of listings auctions open house kits marketing submissions applications and agent specific marketing
- Booking and placement of print and online media
- Assisting in the management of trust accounts / mid and end of month disbursements
Requirements
- Some prior experience within real estate
- Team focused Willing to help others
- Excellent adaptable communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong general IT skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Negotiation skills confidence in managing sales contracts
- A passion for real estate
- Adaptable willing to help with other tasks during busy periods
- A current Real Estate Certificate (preferred but not essential)
