Lead Architect
Asheboro NC (OnSite)
$110K $120K Salary Benefits
Our client is a growing and dynamic firm with nearly two decades of experience across the Southeast and beyond. You will be working on a diverse range of private projects including restaurant sites.
With an abundance of new private projects they seek a fulltime Lead Architect to lead the design group and assist in the design and development of private projects. They seek an individual who is passionate and committed to design and customer service as much as they are!
Experience:
510 years of experience in architectural design including experience in commercial industrial and residential projects.
Experience in restaurant projects is highly preferable
Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and/or other architectural design software.
Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and systems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
Problemsolving abilities with attention to detail and creativity in design solutions.
Knowledge of sustainable design practices and experience integrating green technologies into architectural projects.
Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
Licensures:
Licensed Architect or working towards licensure with knowledge of building codes and regulations. LEED certification is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Project execution and team management
Reporting to owner / CEO
Design and technical leadership
Manages multiple projects and teams
Client relationship responsibilities
